Sourcing begins with a precise candidate profile developed collaboratively with the client team — specifying not only the required technical qualifications, but the project experience type, working environment, and behavioural characteristics the role demands. We screen, and we present candidates who can genuinely deliver.

Compliance & Onboarding

Managing the statutory compliance dimension of contract staffing demands dedicated expertise and consistent operational discipline. InstaSolutions manages this entire compliance layer in-house, across every engagement — no delegation, no shortcuts.

When a professional is placed by InstaSolutions, they are enrolled in the applicable statutory schemes within the legally required timeframe. Their contract is prepared and executed under the appropriate legal framework. Their working conditions are reviewed against applicable labour regulations.

At the conclusion of an engagement, we manage the exit process with the same care applied at entry: settlement coordination, statutory deregistration, and experience documentation.
