How we got here.

2011
Founded in Bengaluru
InstaSolutions established by a team with backgrounds spanning civil project management, HR consultancy, and statutory compliance. The founding mandate: to professionalise contract staffing for infrastructure programmes.
2014
First Major State Infrastructure Contract
Secured engagement to staff a Karnataka State Highways project, placing engineers and site supervisors across multiple project zones — and establishing the operational standard that would define the firm.
2018
Expanded to Five States
Extended operations to Maharashtra, Telangana, Rajasthan, and Gujarat. Each expansion was entered only when screening and compliance capacity was confirmed at full strength.
2023
1,000th Professional Placed

Our Story

Built on discipline, not volume.

InstaSolutions was established in Bengaluru in 2011, at a moment when India's infrastructure ambitions were scaling faster than the systems designed to staff them. The founders — professionals with backgrounds in civil project management, HR consultancy, and statutory compliance — saw a persistent gap in how large programmes sourced and managed contract talent. They built a firm to close it.

The early years were defined by a deliberate choice: depth over scale. Rather than pursue volume for its own sake, the team focused on building a professional network of genuine specificity — engineers, supervisors, programme coordinators, and administrative specialists with demonstrable experience in public works environments.

By 2018, InstaSolutions had established active operations across five states. Each expansion was planned carefully — new geographies were entered only when the team's capacity to maintain their standards at full strength was confirmed. Growth was never permitted to dilute quality.

Today, InstaSolutions operates with an active professional network of over 2,800 screened specialists and ongoing staffing engagements across eight Indian states. The founding philosophy remains the firm's north star.

We begin every engagement with a structured briefing session. We understand the project environment, team structure, and the specific technical profile required before sourcing begins.

We source from an active professional network cultivated over fourteen years. For specialist roles, we engage directly with professional associations and project alumni networks.

Vetting & Verification
Every candidate is assessed technically and behaviourally. Academic credentials are verified at source. Past employment is referenced directly — not taken on document face value.

Placement & Support
We coordinate onboarding, manage contract documentation, handle statutory enrolments, and remain a point of contact throughout. Exit is managed with the same care applied at entry.

Statutory compliance in contract staffing — PF enrolment, ESI registration, labour contract documentation — is frequently treated as an administrative afterthought. At InstaSolutions, it is a professional responsibility equal in weight to screening and placement.

Every professional placed by InstaSolutions is enrolled in the applicable statutory schemes within the legally prescribed timeframe. Our compliance team reviews every placement before it is activated, and monitors each engagement for regulatory changes throughout its duration.

In fourteen years of operation, we have not had a single statutory compliance dispute escalate beyond our internal resolution framework.
